The Chamber is excited to partner with AdventHealth for an Open House and Ribbon Cutting at their newest Primary Care facility here in Palm Coast. The Open House is scheduled for Tuesday, August 11 from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m., with the Ribbon Cutting at 12 noon. AdventHealth Primary Care-Palm Coast is located at 5650 State Route 100, Suite 107, Palm Coast, FL 32164 (in the same plaza as the new Chicken Salad Chick).
